Join the team
Here at Pippin & Co we understand that truly exceptional doughnuts and baked goods require a dedicated and enthusiastic team who is passionate about sweet things and who takes great pride in everything they do.
We are a fast growing family owned bakery with very exciting plans for the future and we are always on the lookout for new talent to join our production, retail or office teams.
We are looking for creative individuals with a sunny, can do attitude, lots of energy and with an eye for detail. If you would like to become part of the Pippin Team then we’d love to hear from you!
Are you passionate about baking and looking to further your career?
We produce high quality fresh doughnuts every day and we only use the best quality ingredients that are natural and ethically sourced.
Our company is growing along with our reputation, and we are now able to offer the following exciting opportunities for:
Experienced Bakers – Full Time
Bakery Assistants – Full or Part time
You will need to demonstrate a passion for the role with a good eye for detail. Applicants must be reliable, methodical, organised, and keen to work as a team, or on their own.
This is a hands-on role, making fresh dough, frying and finishing doughnuts and packing the orders.
The role will include weekends and shift rotation, which could include nights.
For the Bakery Assistant role, we prefer some experience in a bakery or food business but full training can be given to the right candidate.
You will be rewarded with competitive rates of pay and an opportunity to join a growing company with excellent prospects.
For further details, please email Karen.Velthuysen@pipp.co and attach your CV.
Farmer’s Market Stall Holder and/or delivery driver
We are looking for full and part time Market Stall Holders and/or Delivery Drivers for the Wiltshire and Oxfordshire area, delivering quality bakery doughnuts and other goods from our growing bakery in Swindon. We are also attending an increasing number of Farmers Markets and pop up shops at corporate offices in the area.
Work is available Thursday to Sunday mornings with an early start and we are open to job share and flexibility to suit your existing commitments.
You will be required to use the Company fleet, so a full clean drivers licence is a requirement, plus you will need to be able to set up stalls, liaise with the public and be accountable for stock and cash
