Where can I find your allergen information?

All Pippin Bakery`s products contain WHEAT as the predominant ingredient.

WHEAT, MILK, EGG are present in all our doughnut and pastry products.

SOYA is present in all chocolate products.

TREE NUTS are used in some seasonal products and are clearly described in the title.

Our products do NOT contain any of the following other 14 allergens:

PEANUT, SESAME, MUSTARD, CELERY, CRUSTACEANS, MOLLUSCS, FISH, LUPIN.

Our doughnuts are made fresh each day using ingredients sourced for their quality and provenance. Our doughnuts contain: EGGS (free range only), butter and cream, MILKWHEAT (Gluten). Our chocolate contains SOYA Lecithin.

I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation

Every now and then emails have a mind of their own. Firstly, please do a quick search in your inbox and spam folder.

If there’s still no joy, simply email us and make sure you include:

– Your Name

– What you ordered / purchase amount

– Last 4 digits of the card you paid with

This will help us locate your order quickly and check if it has gone through or not.

How should I store my doughnuts

Keep your doughnuts out of direct sunlight at an ambient room temperature, not in the fridge or freezer.

What happens if I forget to collect my order?

Please note that we can’t keep your order overnight and we won’t be able refund orders that aren’t collected.

Do you have nutritional information?

Pippin doughnuts are crafted by hand using the best ingredients we can find. With the varied sizes and weights that come with artisan products, we’re unable to provide solid nutritional information. All of our fillings, jams, toppings and glazes are made in-house from scratch. If you’d like the nutritional info for our core flavours, please email us on hello@pipp.co

How long will my doughnuts stay fresh?

We advise eating the doughnuts on the day that you receive your order

My order has arrived but it’s not 100% correct

If you’re missing items or not happy with something, please email us within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Please ensure to include your order number and a photo of any incorrect or damaged items

What time will my order arrive?

With the high volume of orders, we aren’t able to specify specific delivery times, however do find that, usually, most orders are delivered between 8am and 11am

Do you deliver to me?

Because we guarantee maximum freshness we are very localised in our delivery. At the moment we cover the following areas SN1, SN2, SN3, SN5, SN25 and SN26, as well as, Wroughton

Order T&C’s

We prepare all of our food by hand, in our kitchens. Please be aware that all food may contain traces of allergens.

We do our best to ensure that our seasonal menu is prepared for you exactly as ordered, but sometimes we may need to offer a substitution. We will do our best to let you know with a phone call or a note in your order.

If you wish to add special instructions for our bakery or couriers, you can do so up until 11am 2 working days before by emailing us at hello@pipp.co

Cancellation policy

We understand that you may need to cancel your order and we are happy to do so with no charge by 11am two working days before your delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders cancelled after this time as our food is made to order.

Can I make adjustments to the set boxes or recipes

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make adjustments to our menu or ingredients. If we can help you place your order so it’s just right, please get in touch.
