Our signature plain brioche dough, crafted in small batches and slow-fermented for up to 48 hours to maximise flavour. Each doughnut is generously double hand-filled with our rich coffee custard and creamy mascarpone custard infused with Marsala wine, then finished with a light dusting of sugar and chocolate powder. Made with locally milled flour, organic milk, thick cream, free-range eggs, and the finest local strawberries for a fresh, tangy finish.

Our doughnuts are only available for delivery within Swindon or for collection from our bakery. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.
Minimum order 6 doughnuts (of any flavour), additional doughnuts in multiples of 6s or 12s.
